Hello,

I’m 3 1/2 weeks post opp from Dr. Pritchett. During my research I saw Dr. Su utilizing BFR techniques with his patients. I think Dr. Pritchett is an amazing surgeon but he pretty much leaves post op recovery to whoever your PT is. Has anyone done Dr. Su’s recovery plan and or used BFR cuffs or voodoo bands? If so how much and how long after surgery?

My current PT has me doing glute bridges 3x/day with reps of 30-15-15-15, I rest for 60sec-30,30 between sets. Voodoo band stays on whole time wrapped around my groin (careful not to overlap incision.)
