Sleep Problems

What do you do when you just can’t sleep?

Last night, I tossed and turned, not because of pain (11 days post-op), just uncomfortable and couldn’t find that sleeping sweet spot.  Probably got a total of 3 hours of low quality sleep.  Only doing quarter mile walks is way below my usual level of activity.

Suggestions?

Another night of not sleeping well - this time, the pain was back.  Not wanting to get back on the Oxy’s, I checked with Dr. Gross’s office.  He recommends Tylenol PM.  Got some for tonight and moved the daily meloxicam (anti-inflammatory) to evening instead of morning.  We’ll see.
