I had the MRSA staff infection about 2 years ago. Anyone know if that will have any impact on risk of infection from surgery?

My surgery is in just over 1 week and my pre-op appointment last week they tested me for MRSA.  They said if I tested positive I would be given an antibiotic to take before surgery but I didn't need to as I didn't test positive.
