The kids start dry land training in a couple of weeks, rain is pouring down but I am thinking SNOW

I have taken the year off, getting over both hips and building my fitness back up - so now I am starting to get conditioning for cross country skiing.  My goal is to learn skate skiing this year so I can try and not get dropped by our 2 kids.

I have found a bunch of cross country ski specific exercises that I am doing at the local Y - Oh I wish it would snow
