Going to see Dr. Su for my 3 month checkup on Monday. ( Today is the 3 month anniversary of the surgery ).

Any questions you think I should ask Dr. Su ?

I'd ask for the placement angles if you haven't gotten those; get your XRays on a cd, just to have them.

Any advice on limitations for the next few months, advice on stretching or massage and what in particular you can do or avoid to get ready to go back in that box. May not be able to get there for a while, but maybe you can plot your strategy to get back there if possible.

That's pretty much how I grilled my doc when I went in. We talked over lifting weights, stretching, etc. for martial arts, I assume Dr. Su has probably had a few hockey players.
