I am 31 years old and am obsessed with jiu jitsu.  My hip on the left side is destroyed and the pain has gotten pretty bad.  Surgery is inevitable and will have to happen at some point but im looking into ways to buy me a couple years.  Ive heard some talk about prolotherapy and am wondering if anyone has any experience.

If your arthritis has reached a advanced stage then to be honest surgery and a resurfacing is your only real option to go back to jujitsu.

Yeah ive sent off my xrays to Dr. Gross in south carolina but i would like to delay getting surgery as long as possible.  Ive heard good and bad things about prolotherapy.  If it buys me an extra year it be worth the money.
