It's not too bad at all, Pete. I've been bi (lateral) for almost the last 4 years (Nov. 29th is my bi-versary), and have been enjoying it since.

The second was a bit different, but statistically the same. I think the PT actually made the first one (left) stronger in that I went through the strengthening exercises with it twice.

Same basic routine as the first, with the amazing feeling that you're done.
