:) Hi. Sort of funny. On the tread mill the other day (I run in my lunch time 15 minutes when I can).
Bloke next to me had been doing about 6 km cruising away.

I start about 10 km-hr only a short run. (he is about 9k/hr)
5 min at 10 k/hr.
9 min at 12.5 k/hr he says wow.
1 minute at 15k/hr he say F M.

I stop and leave on the way I comment I have prosthetic hips.

He is just about faints due to the surprise of events.
I leave -- smile on my face looking forward to the next day in life.......... :D K
