I've had my BHR over 5 years ago and recently have been having a lot of pain standing.  It gets less severe after walking a while but still stays sore.  Throughout the years, I've learned to wait a while, the problem typically gets better after time.  I don't recall the pain being this severe and it has been getting worse after several weeks.  Does anyone have similar experiences &/or can offer a bit of advice?
