I do not allow advertising on this Discussion Group.  I will tell people that there are excellent hip resurfacing surgeons overseas. I have many listed on my Surgeons list  http://www.surfacehippy.info/listofdoctors.php

I personally went to Dr. De Smet in Belgium that has done way over 3000 hip resurfacings.  There are also many excellent resurfacing surgeons such as Mr. McMinn, Mr. Treacy and Indian surgeons like Dr. Bose.  They are all listed on my doctors list.

There are a number of medical tourism companies, but I and many others found it is very easy to schedule a trip.  Just get in touch with the doctor and they will give you the info you need.  You can buy a plane ticket and everything else will be suggested by the surgeon.  Dr. De Smet in Belgium has a wonderful rehap facility at the Villa and the patients of Dr. Bose stay at a 5 star hotel.
