I may have gone about this the wrong way on the 28th when I first posted...didn't seem to get any responses!? It's been awhile since I've started anything here...so have forgotten the process.

A search didn't get me anywhere, but wondered if anyone is aware of any surgeons in the States, besides Dr. Gross, that offer a discounted cash price for a resurfacing?
