Last Sunday I raced the Triathlon England National Aquathlon championship – 750m open water swim (non-wetsuit mass start), 5k run. I was towards the back of the field (it was fast and furious) but I finished it and loved it! Extremely pleased with 22:43 for 5k run after conservative Dr Su PT schedule, similar to couch to 5k.
