It is now 3 years since Prof Meek (Glasgow) resurfaced my right hip on the NHS (cost me nothing). I completed the Loch Rannoch Half Marathon today ( Perthshire, Scotland) in a time of 1.54! I took it very easy and could have pushed it even more. It’s been 2 weeks since my surgery by Dr Su .I am very happy with the surgical outcome (so far) and also feel the HSS hospital is extremely professional. I traveled from Israel to NY ,was assigned a coordinator for overseas patients,Katherine Alcantara who escorted me on the pre-op examinations and helped with all the logistics.
