Three months on with my LH Bi laterial Birmingham.Been progressing well, doing heaps of indoor cycling. Went out in the weekend and did 55km on a tough gravel ride and post the ride I feel like I’ve gone backwards with recovery and a bit sore.

20 years ago this week, I received my pair of Chromium Cobalt BHR metal hip implants from Dr. Koen de Smet in Ghent, Belgium.
