Both hips done 12 years ago. Just finished 9 day, 100+ mile XC ski vacation at Lake Tahoe CA. Amazing trails and no issue with my hips, my wife complains I am faster with “ball bearing hips”. Enjoying the pain free fun outside.

1st hip – June 2020. September 2020 returned to caddying (5-7miles of walking/jogging) 2nd hip – April 2021. August 2021 – Returned to caddying. November 2021 – Started playing pickleball for first time and move as well as Iprior to any hip issues. I just ran my first post surgery race – 10K road race in Minster OH. Hit a 37:58 at a 6:08 pace. 85th percentile in Age Grade which is National level and close to International (90th), which I was before OA kicked in. Hip continues to improve regarding soreness.
