Objective:
To determine whether elevated blood cobalt (Co) concentrations are associated
with early failure of metal-on-metal (MoM) hip resurfacings secondary to adverse
reaction to metal debris (ARMD).
Design:
Cohort study.
Setting:
Single centre orthopaedic unit.
